How to upload files from the Android or Chromebook filesystem?

When you need to upload files from the Android or Chromebook filesystem, use the chrome browser to open the r server URL and use the "Upload" button under the r server instance File tab. We do not request filesystem access from the app hence you can not upload files directly inside the app.

I can not install some R packages cause some Linux dependency packages are missing, what should I do?
