Databunny Cloud Hosting Services (DCHS)
Databunny Pte. Ltd. provides cloud hosting services (“DCHS”) for data scientists, data engineers, AI engineers, professionals, students and teachers . By using our DCHS, you have acknowledged and agree to the following terms:
Local Law and Policy
You agree to follow local law and policy, do not use DCHS to download, access or store contents that are not permitted by your local country law and policy.
Fair Use Policy
DCHS is built for data scientists, data engineers, AI engineers, professionals, students and teachers. In general, all servers’ running jobs that related to data scientist, data engineering, learning, and training work are allowed. Account which runs none-data related jobs, abuses server computation, network, storage resources which prevents other users from normal use is disallowed and will be downgraded or suspended.
Security Policy
Network or internet scanning, sniffing, package flooding, hacking activities, email spamming, installing virus Trojan malware ransomware on Databunny hosted server are prohibited once found will result in immediate account ban.
Server Maintenance
We will perform server maintenance from time to time. It is necessary to maintain a healthy and secure environment for everyone. After maintenance we will compensate those affected paid users by crediting free hours accordingly to their accounts.
Third-Party Activities
Databunny Pte. Ltd. provides server hosting services for personal, educational, and commercial use. Databunny Pte. Ltd. takes no responsibility for any third-party business activity or service that depends on the DCHS.
Modifications to the Services and Prices
Prices for DCHS are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our DCHS (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of our DCHS.
